Are Dinosaurs Mentioned in the Bible?

by Trey Ford on December 23, 2011

From the microscopic terrestrial side effects to the macroscopic celestial domains we have seen in this compilation of studies that our Creator healthy all of creation regarding his beneficent hand of attention and design. Dinosaurs have been paraded by the evolutionary community as fearsome monsters with the ancient past. Yet a more accurate viewpoint portrays them because actually living modern with man (Job 40) and becoming compatible with young earth creationism, and also the entire creation. Keeping the luxuriant vegetation down in the pre-Flood world would have been a task assigned to these kinds of gargantuan creatures generally known as "the chief of the ways of God" (Job 40: 19 to 20)

1. Reptiles display shade and variability Just as we have been intrigued by the "two-minute clothing change" of the Chameleon, we would be astonished at the initial sight of an ambling dinosaur gleaming in brilliant hues, the likes of which several modern reptiles are usually known. The original creation most certainly was not without iridescent hues and vibrant colors, and probability color-alteration for blending inside landscape they were coordintaing with. "[Chameleons] change color not simply for camouflage but in addition to regulate their body temperatures, to threaten competition, and to court his or her prospective mates. Shade changes are achieved under the animal's direct anxious control."

2. Frills regarding Attraction and Defense The current Australian Frilled Lizard demonstrates an array of qualities envied by many of his contemporaries. When threatened the idea hisses violently, lashes its tail, and followers out its african american and red frill.

3. Collection the Fruit along with Distributing the Seeds Many of us call Stegosaurus the "Johnny Appleseed from the Dinosaur Kingdom". He had no molars for you to grind up plant seeds from the fruit they harvested, so this individual later passed these kind of seeds in the "compost" of the fermenting silage from his or her stomach. The huge amounts on his tail could be used for security, or for "raking" the crops it was harvesting. Your series of unusual discs running along his or her back could be useful for protection, or because heat exchangers.

4. Sounds having a Purpose Most Hadrosaurs were aceded with an irritating bellow that will "only a mother could really like." However, this offered a significant purpose in driving them to the exterior limits of the forest- to help keep the luxuriant vegetation through overgrowing the land. Parasaurolophus tubicen, using its complex air passages inside tubular crest, may have been an exception. The comment on the Smithsonian web site refers to the possibility of many different sounds emanating coming from such a tubular crest and suggests: "All that is needed is a pipe long enough, breath and a few musculature coordination enough to generate intonations...Constricting the tube size and length would likely produce greater runs of sounds like valves with a trumpet, not only providing standard 'naturals but 'sharps' and 'flats', widening the intonation selection of a vocal conduit. Relaxing and tensing the tube could allow more fluttering seems, like roars, growls, and such".

5. Teeth designed for Canes as well as Grasses Popular perception shows Tyrannosaurus Rex as the "king tyrant lizard" for which it is named. However, a closer look at the teeth shows that they were designed with serrated edges for cutting fibrous canes and grasses. Many scientists today believe him being basically a scavenger.

6. Mastery in their Footsteps Many of the dinosaurs like Ultrasaurus, Supersaurus and Seismosaurus weighed around 100 tons! Nine-foot extended fossil shoulder blades have been located. A dinosaur this measurement could eat 4-5 tons of food each day! Harvesting foliage six testimonies high would be organic for this "chief of the ways involving God."

7. Flying Masterpieces Closely associated with the dinosaurs were the actual Pterodactyls. Each species owned or operated specialized characteristics observing it as a unique layout in creation. The particular flocculus area of the brain requires sophisticated flight movements, and its cavity has been studied in pterodactyl brain fossil- showing it to be bigger than its counterpart within birds!

Conclusion

Like all other areas of development, the dinosaur fills a unique niche and meets a specific need. Advancement has used them as the icon of old development, but they appear in the fossil record fully functional with no advanced beginner forms. God's creation can be marvelous!
